Answers to commonly asked questions:
Q- Can I wear socks that I've purchased from other play-places?
A- Yes! As long as there are slip-proof grips on the bottoms of your socks. We sell our own socks for $3 a pair if youd like to support our business!
Q- How long can we hop?
A- You may hop as long as our doors are open!
Q-What is the age limit?
A- All ages are welcome to play! We ask that all of our guests be aware of smaller bodies so that everyone feels safe.
Q-Can parents hop?
A- Parents are welcome to hop with their children at $15 for admission!
Q- Can I bring cake or presents without booking a party room?
A- No. Please schedule one of our private party rooms if you'd like to enjoy our facility for your special day! Birthday items will not be allowed without a scheduled party.
Q- Can I bring a pinata?
A-No. We no longer allow pinatas.
Q- Can I drop my kids off and leave?
A- Children must have signed waivers by a responsible adult and supervised by a care-provider of at least 16 years of age.
Q- Can I bring food/drinks?
A- You may eat food in our lobby that you've packed although we appreciate your support by purchasing our drinks and snacks!
